Manager of Delivery– Job Description
The Manager of Delivery will be responsible for overall successful execution of the projects and customer satisfaction within Enterprise Solutions business unit of Speridian. The manager will also be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. The manager will work closely with sales, presales and technical team to ensure full support to the sales team during the deal pursuits. Responsibilities:- Responsible for overall execution of the projects assigned, which will primarily include successful delivery within schedule and budget and achieving the highest Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Ensures Customer’s desired requirements from the projects are met.
- Creates estimation, project plan and risk mitigation strategies working with technical. delivery team at onshore and offshore.
- Conducts regular status meetings with customer stakeholders and executive management. Develop and maintain project KPIs.
- Participates in requirements gathering with customer and transfers them to Speridian technical team.
- Provides functional and technical support to customers during UAT and rollout.
- Provides user training and demos of the solution delivered.
- Manages the overall P&L of the project portfolio – revenue and margin.
- Supports sales and presales during RFP process and deal pursuits with estimation, proposal and presentation.
- Creates business strategy to increase Speridian presence and value creation within Customer(s) organization.
- Creates policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience.
- Gathers feedback from customers, study other customer delivery programs and analyze project data to identify the best practices.
- May include 25% travel to client locations.
- 15 years of experience with Project and Program Management
- 5 years of experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Technical background in Microsoft Technologies and AWS
- Knowledge of latest technologies, understanding of cloud platforms, AI/ML, CI/CD,DevOps, RPA and IoT
- Experience in consulting and client facing roles
- Possess fantastic interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communications
- Highly organized and have experience directing others
- Must have experience delivering IoT applications and Cloud Applications.
- Must be able to manage cross functional teams both onshore and offshore.
- Understanding of Managed Service
- Experience of Product Management
